We want you to enjoy your DrinkKit products as soon as possible, so we always do our best to ensure you receive your delivery promptly.
Our delivery charges
It is important to us that your product is delivered in perfect condition.
Our DrinkKit delivery charge covers the courier charge and the cost of our boxes and then there’s the tape and other packing materials we use to ensure that your experience of DrinkKit is a great one.
We are using the most cost effective ways to deliver and distribute DrinkKit products so we can keep the costs as low as we can.
Express / Next Day Delivery
We aim for your order to be dispatched the next working day (Mon-Fri).
Orders are generally collected by the courier at 9AM so if your order is placed after this it will be collected the following day.
Orders placed after the cut off on a Thursday will be dispatched on Friday for delivery on Monday.
Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday as unfortunately the couriers don’t work weekends!
Click and Collect
We are also now offering Click and collect for £0.50 (to cover the cost of the bags) from The Wynd Craft Beers, 7 The Wynd, Marske, TS11 7LD
We’re currently offering 2 slots – Wednesday and Saturday, orders need to be placed before midnight the day before so they are ready to collect.
Orders can be collected any time after the collection so if you can’t make it on Wednesday you can collect any other day they are open but please collect them as soon as possible.
The Wynd are currently open Wednesday – Sunday from 12pm, closing at 7pm Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday and a little later on a Friday and Saturday.
You’ll be able to select your slot at checkout and collect your order
Please note your gin won’t be there before your allocated day and you can’t buy gin directly from The Wynd (although you can buy some delicious beer) so please double check your time and if you are unsure get in touch

International Delivery

Missing or damaged orders
Any order you wish to report as missing or damaged, should be reported within 14 days of the date of order. Outside this time, we cannot consider any claim.
